SCOPE OF WORK: The work is located at the Falling Creek Reservoir, 4720 Iron Bridge Road, North Chesterfield, VA 23234. The work includes, but is not limited to removal, handling, transportation and disposal of a minimum of 119,000 cubic yards of sediment from Falling Creek Reservoir, construction of a submerged forebay berm, construction of temporary staging and support areas, construction of temporary and permanent access roads, clearing and grubbing of existing lands, grading and construction of stabilized embankments, demolition of existing marine structures and underground facilities, erosion and sediment control measures for protection of the site throughout construction and final stabilization and restoration of disturbed areas as shown and specified.

Scope of work: The project will consist of restoring approximately 2,522 linear feel of shoreline and creating 1.68 acres
of associated tidal marsh. The work covered under this contract will be performed at the site of the
Lindenwood Elementary and Barraud Park Shoreline of the Lafayette River. The work will include the installation
of rock and coir log sills, sand fill material for the tidal marsh, installation of tidal marsh plantings
and native riparian vegetation, and restoring disturbed areas.

Scope of work: The Work under this Project consists of upgrading and reconfiguring the James City County Marina
located adjacent to Powhatan Creek as much of the infrastructure has reached or exceeded its design life.
